Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, reach out to support@pikaboo.store within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund no need to return anything.

Changed your mind
Contact us within 30 days. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Because of how our products are sourced and shipped, we'll guide you to the simplest resolution often a partial or full refund rather than a costly return shipment.

How to request a return or refund
Email support@pikaboo.store with the subject line "Return Request  Your Order Number". We respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it down personally.
