Refund policy

At Pikaboo, your satisfaction is our priority 
and so is your pet's happiness.

RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date 
you receive your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Perishable or hygiene items cannot be returned

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Subject line: "Return Request  [Order Number]"
We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll 
notify you by email. If approved, your refund will 
be processed to your original payment method 
within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, 
contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll 
send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 
business days, check with your bank first, then 
contact us at support@pikaboo.store
